Our Little Miracle!

I went to visit my little sweetie-pie yesterday at Scottish Rite and could not believe my eyes. When I walked in and saw Chloey sitting on the couch with her Daddy watching TV...I just was amazed! Oh yes miracles do still happen and I was looking right at one. She was so cute (as you can see in the pictures I've posted!) While still having a long way to go...she has come a long way in a short time. Just as Brittney and Evan had said, she was sitting up, looking around, smiling, being calm, falling asleep on her own, fussing when she's hungry, sitting in a high chair and loving her food. (it's a mixture of some liquid and something to make it thick so that she doesn't get choked on it...because of the trach.) They have put a smaller one on her and she does grab for it when they take the braces off her arms, but they should be able to take both the trach and feed tubes out soon. I was so excited that when came time to go I had to be 'dragged away'. I don't think I've ever kissed her so much!!! PLEASE as always continue to pray for her continued recovery. She isn't 100% just yet but I have a feeling she's on her way! PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
